Ravi Steve Khajuria is a Director and Writer based in Toronto, Canada. 

Ravi's latest film THE PROS AND CONS OF KILLING YOURSELF will have its world premiere at DANCES WITH FILMS: NY. The short will follow up with screenings at The Available Light FIlm Festival, Toronto SHort FIlm Festival, Beeston Film Festival, and Phoenix FIlm Festival in 2024.

His previous short  CONSENT AGREEMENT, premiered at Silver Wave Film Festival (2020) and followed with screenings at FLICKERFEST (2021, Australia), Cine Maniacs (2021, Germany), CAMBRIA (2021, USA), Gimli Film Festival (2021), Edmonton International Film Festival (2021), Short Waves Festival (2022, Poland), and received a nomination for Best Short Film at Hamilton Film Festival (2020). And had its broadcast Premiere on CBC in March 2022.

This past year, Ravi worked as Writer and Story Editor on RUBY AND THE WELL, a one-hour family drama airing on Family Channel and BYUTV. Also, one of his episodes for the animated pre-school plus series 16 HUDSON earned a nomination for the Award of Excellence for Best Program from the Youth Media Alliance.

 

In 2022, Ravi wrote for Sesame Workshop and LEGO’s Play-to-Learn Global Content initiative, creating cartoons featuring Cookie Monster, Elmo, and other Sesame Street favourites. Ravi was also pleased to write for Big Bad Boo Studios’ new animated series JUDGE JODHI, where he also served as series story editor.

His digital series I WILL BURY YOU has gathered nearly 2 million views on Youtube with episodes screening at festivals around the world.  THIS IS NOT A DRILL, had its world premiere at The Canadian Film Fest (2019) and followed up with screenings at Whistler Film Festival (2019) and Vaughan International Film Festival (2019) - as well as playing as part of Vaughan's Best Of The Fest Program and being featured as part of their Drive-In Festival for the last two years. YOU HIRED A HITMAN was Officially Selected at Canadian Film Fest (2020) and LakeShorts international Film Festival (2021).  The latest season has official selection laurels from CUSCO, Miami Web Fest, LA Web Fest, Die Seriale and has been nominated for a Writer Guild Of Canada Award (2024)

In 2019 Ravi worked on Kim’s Convenience as part of their emerging writers’ room and was happy to shadow one of the series' directors for two episodes. In 2018 his feature film script INVINCIBLE-ish became a Top 10 finalist in FINAL DRAFT’S BIG BREAK SCREENPLAY COMPETITION and is now in Development with support from Telefilm.

 

In 2017 Ravi directed seven episodes of RANK THE PRANK, a live action series for Nickelodeon and CBBC. He also wrote episodes for Nick Jr/Treehouse TV’s animated series RUSTY RIVETS.

 

His film TRAINING WHEELS, which he wrote and directed, was nominated for a Directors Guild of Canada Award in 2012. That same year Ravi directed his first episode of TV with YTV’s tween comedy HOW TO BE INDIE. 

In 2010/11 Ravi wrote and directed REMIX-TO-RIO, a multi-award winning one-hour documentary produced in partnership with The Canadian International Development Agency.

 

In 2006 Ravi’s script for YTV’s PRANK PATROL was nominated for a Banff World Television Award and also helped earn the series a Gemini Award nomination.

Ravi has also worked extensively as an on-set acting coach, logging thousands of hours working with actors for shows on YTV, Family Channel, Disney, and others.  Ravi has a BFA from York University and is a former resident of The Canadian Film Centre’s Directors’ Lab.  

Ravi currently has two feature films in development with Telefilm, a one hour series being developed with support of ISO's SOLIDARITY FUND, and a short film in pre-production (financed by generous grants from THE ONTARIO ARTS COUNCIL and THE CANADA COUNCIL FOR THE ARTS).

He is a proud member of DGC, WGC, and ACTRA.

Colin Glazer is a Toronto based Corporate & Entertainment Lawyer, Producer, and Actor with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

As producer, and co-founder of Number’d Company Picture Inc., Colin has a growing slate of material with his short films playing festivals worldwide.

As an actor, Colin has appeared in over 30 film and television productions including, the Salt-N -Pepa bio pic, Designated Survivor, The Expanse, Republic of Doyle, Flashpoint, Murdoch Mysteries, and is most recognizable from his arc as Larry Marsden on Suits where he acted opposite the former Duchess of Sussex, Megan Markle. For his lead performance in the film "Two", Colin received first prize at “The Actors Bone Short Film Festival” in Los Angeles and third prize at “The Houston Film Festival”. His voice can be heard in numerous radio & television ads, cartoons and video games.
 
 
Colin is a graduate of the University of Melbourne Law School (J.D.), he holds an Osgoode Hall Law Certificate in Entertainment Law, and is a graduate of York University (B.F.A) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. He is a proud member of the Law Society Of Ontario.
